Furthermore, Interserco has always been researching and loking into potential markets to export workers and specialists to. The vision of the company drafted by its directors, together with the efforts from the workers, has made Interserco into one of the 10 most successful business of Hanoi in the labour export section. Moreover, the workers exported by Interserco are highly regarded by international partners both on professional skills as well as discipline. Interserco aims to continue being a exporter of high quality workers and specialists, as well as to become a major manpower contractor in the region and in the world.

Aside from labour export, logistics is one of Interserco’s expertise. Interserco has been managing, investing and developing Inland Clearance Depot My Dinh (ICD My Dinh). ICD My Dinh is operational since 2004 with a total area of 55,000 square meters. With a strategic position and convenient clearance services, ICD My Dinh is consider a “cross border market in the middle of Hanoi”. This is the largest inland port in the northern area of Vietnam that is fully equipped with enough manpower and facilities to provide various services such as receiving and completing custom procedure, cargoes and containers handling, domestic and international transport of goods via sea, air or land, multimodal transport …etc. Since becoming operational, ICD My Dinh has created many jobs and contributed a significant amount to the city budget.
Since July 2014, with the approval from Hanoi People’s Committee, ICD My Dinh has gained an unique and exclusive service: consumer goods must complete their custom clearance procedure in ICD My Dinh, which will bring considerable funds to help with the structuring and development of Hanoi. Moreover, this service will further improve the position of Hanoi as the capital of Vietnam, as well as save the cost of transportation between Hai Phong and other ports to Hanoi, decrease traffic jam, speed up the transporation of goods and reduce difficulties for companies.
